What file formats does aclearly support?
We support PDF, PNG, and JPEG files up to 10 MB each. This covers scanned documents, digital PDFs, photos of paper documents, and screenshots.
How accurate is the extraction?
Our AI extraction averages 94% field-level accuracy on standard business documents. Each extracted field includes a confidence score so you can quickly identify values that need review. Accuracy depends on document quality — clear, typed documents perform best.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Documents are stored in isolated, encrypted cloud storage. Row Level Security ensures you only access your own data. We do not use your documents to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy and AI Disclosures for full details.
What document types can aclearly extract?
Invoices, bills of lading, lien waivers (conditional and unconditional), purchase orders, subcontractor invoices, and more. The AI auto-detects the document type and extracts all relevant fields. If your document type isn't listed, try it — the AI handles most structured business documents.
How does the free tier work?
Free accounts get 3 document extractions per day. No credit card required. This resets every 24 hours. When you need more, upgrade to pay-as-you-go ($0.10/doc) or a monthly plan.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period. No cancellation fees. Your data remains accessible until you choose to delete your account.
What is the Insights feature?
Insights lets you ask natural-language questions across your entire document history. For example: "What did we spend with Pacific Coast Logistics in Q1?" or "Which subcontractors have outstanding lien waivers?" The AI searches your stored extractions and generates answers grounded in your actual data.
Do you offer an API?
The extraction endpoint is available as a REST API. Upload a file via multipart form data to POST /api/extract and receive structured JSON back. API documentation and webhook delivery are on our roadmap. Contact us for early access.
